![]() Greg Tuke is a leading international authority in the design, teaching and training of Collaborative On-line International Learning (COIL) courses.
Over the past seven years, Mr. Tuke has taught and served as a consultant for over two dozen COIL courses at the University of Washington and Seattle University in the fields of Communication, Health, Business, Education Studies, International Studies, and Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. Students in his courses have partnered with university students in Vietnam, India, Iraq, Egypt, Rwanda, Morocco, Peru and the Philippines. The courses take full advantage of using student-produced videos, social media and video conferencing tools to enhance cross-cultural understanding and project-based problem-solving in small global teams. Mr. Tuke has twenty-five years of experience leading education and international organizations, redesigning travel abroad programs and placing students in international non-profit internships. He has a Masters in Social Work. In 1999 he was selected as a Denali Fellow, a three-year national program for social entrepreneurs led by faculty from Stanford and the Harvard Business School. |
